SPORTSK9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the order and delivery of the products and services offered at the SportsK9 online store (hereinafter referred to as “SportsK9” or “the Service”) provided by Dogomo Oy (hereinafter referred to as “Dogomo”).
1. ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTRACT
A contract regarding a service or product is established when a customer accepts these terms and conditions on making the purchase. Customers are not required to register to place an order. To use the Service, customers must have a suitable device, browser and internet connection, whose acquisition and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. VALIDITY AND PAYMENT OF ORDER
The delivery of a service or product is considered to begin when Dogomo has sent the customer a confirmation of the order by email.
Dogomo will charge the order when it is made. Payments are effected via the payment service provider Paytrail Plc (Jyväskylä, Finland, Business ID: 2122839-7). Paytrail acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorised Payment Institution. Paytrail will be shown as the recipient on the customer’s bank or credit card statement. Paytrail will forward the payment to Dogomo. If there are any complaints or problems, please contact SportsK9.
3. CANCELLATION AND COMPLAINTS
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have a 14-day right of return for products purchased from SportsK9. Products must be returned in their original condition. Product-specific instructions for returns are available in writing from the SportsK9 customer service centre (firstname.lastname@example.org). SportsK9 will cover any return costs when the goods are returned according to the instructions provided. The package can be left for shipping at any DHL location (https://paketshopfinder.dhlpaket.at/), in Sweden and Denmark return parcels are handled by Bring. In order for the return to succeed, the package must always include the address forms and other relevant documents provided by the SportsK9 customer service centre.
Norway makes an exception to our free return policy: because Norway has no return contract with the Finnish postal service, Norwegian customers must unfortunately cover the cost of returns themselves. For more information, please read Posten’s instructions.
Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged or faulty, contact the SportsK9 customer service centre at email@example.com before returning the product.
Products that require a parcel delivery will be delivered via the Finnish Post and its international collaboration network. SportsK9 products will be delivered by Bring (Norway, Sweden and Denmark) and DHL (other countries).
We deliver to all EU countries (27) and Norway: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
In Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden packages will mainly be delivered to pick-up points. In the other countries, packages are delivered to the customer’s home address. In both cases, customers will receive a prior notice and an arrival notice (most usually via SMS and/or email).
In general, the delivery time for products is 2–8 business days unless the product page says otherwise. If the delivery is delayed, a notification will be sent by email.
The price of the order is determined based on the prices in effect at the time the order is made. The prices in effect are available in the SportsK9 online store at joyofdogsports.fi/shop. Dogomo reserves the right to change its prices as determined in the following section of these terms and conditions.
For orders from EU countries, prices include VAT at the rate applicable in your country. For orders from Norway, prices include Norwegian VAT which we report and pay for the Norwegian tax authorities (our VOEC number is 2071495). For orders from other non-EU countries, prices do not include VAT, and customers must pay any liable tax or duty themselves at customs clearance in accordance with the taxation and customs clearance rules of their country.
6. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dogomo reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and the prices, terms and conditions for the Service. Any changes to the terms and conditions or prices will be announced by email, on the SportsK9 website or in some other corresponding manner. Changes will take effect on the announced date, and they will apply to all orders.
