Where do you ship?

At the moment we ship to all EU 27 countries and Norway.

What payment methods can I use?

When do I get my package and where do I get it?

We deliver all orders very quickly (in general within 2-8 business days), either through DHL or your local postal service (Bring in Norway, Sweden and Denmark) –and we always ship on the same day as your order! You will receive an SMS or email notification when your parcel is ready to be picked up.


In Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden packages will mainly be delivered to pick-up points. In the other countries, packages are delivered to the customer’s home address. In both cases, customers will receive a prior notice and an arrival notice (most usually via SMS and/or email).

If I'm not satisfied with the product, can I return it free?

Thanks to our premium quality products, helpful product descriptions and videos, readily available customer service chat, fast deliveries and responsible operations, more than 99% of our customers are happy with their products. Our return rate is less than 1%, meaning that our parcels mostly only travel one way in spreading the joy of dog sports. But if you are not happy with your products, you can return them free of charge (within 14 days and when the goods are returned according to our instructions).


Norway makes an exception to our free return policy: because Norway has no return contract with the Finnish postal service, Norwegian customers must unfortunately cover the cost of returns themselves.

Do I need to pay taxes if I order to Norway (or any other country)?

No, our prices already include the taxes. For orders from EU countries, prices include VAT at the rate applicable in your country which we report and pay. For orders from Norway, prices include Norwegian VAT which we report and pay for the Norwegian Tax Administration (our VOEC number is 2071495).
